Quest is Sport England’s continuous improvement tool for leisure facilities, designed to promote high standards, good practice and ongoing development, focused on the customer.
We are also a member of the Chartered Institute for the Management of Sport and Physical Activity, the professional body for the UK's sport and physical activity sector.
Quest is much more than a tick box exercise for us; it is an ongoing programme to improve our facilities for both staff and customers, and a great way to demonstrate our achievements.
