For people aged 22-64 we offer a range of memberships at competitive prices. You can choose to pay monthly without a contract or pay in full at the start.

Changes to membership prices
The price of our Premium membership will change from £32.50 per month to £35.75 per month and £325 per year to £357.50 per year from 1 May 2026.
New members paying monthly will pay £32.50 for April then £35.75 per month from May onwards.

- Fantastic value if you just love the gym

Changes to membership prices
Daytime membership
The price of our Daytime membership will change from £26 per month to £29 per month and £260 per year to £290 per year from 1 May 2026.
This offers a saving of £6.75 per month or £67.50 per year compared to our premium membership for adults.
New members paying monthly will pay £26 for April then £29 per month from May onwards.
Swim only membership
The price of our Swim only membership will change from £21 per month to £23 per month and £210 per year to £230 per year from 1 May 2026.
New members paying monthly will pay £21 for April then £23 per month from May onwards.
Gym only membership
The price of our Daytime membership will change from £23 per month to £25.50 per month and £230 per year to £255 per year from 1 May 2026.
New members paying monthly will pay £23 for April then £25.50 per month from May onwards.
