How to activate your 3 hours of free parking
To activate your 3 hours of free parking we need to add your vehicle's registration number to your details our system.
You can register your details on your next visit by speaking to a member of staff. Your free parking will start 24 hours later.
Alternatively, you can email your details to learntoswim@bury.gov.uk.
Please include this information in your email:
- Your child’s name
- Lesson time
- Vehicle registration number(s)
Please be aware of the following
You can register a maximum of 2 vehicles.
Your free parking will begin from the day after you update your account.
If anyone else brings your child to lessons, you must make sure their vehicle number is registered to your child’s account 24 hours in advance, OR they will have to pay to park and this will be non-refundable.
If you choose not to update your account you will pay in full to park at Castle and no in-centre refund will be given.
If you wish to park longer than 3 hours then, before your 3 hours of free parking expires you must purchase a parking ticket for the remaining period of your stay. (Please be aware that NSL parking enforcement will continue to monitor the car park daily, anyone not purchasing a ticket for their extended stay will receive a parking charge notice).
You can only park for free at Castle Leisure Centre if you are booked onto a lesson and have used your access device to register your entry into the centre.
Bury Leisure will share vehicle registration numbers with NSL parking enforcement so that they can verify eligibility for free parking. We will do this via a secure digital process. No other data in your account will be shared with NSL.
