Our learn to swim programme is for adults as well as children and our lessons for adults can accommodate all abilities.
Each course runs for 10 weeks with one 45-minute lesson each week.
- Classes run at Castle Leisure Centre in small groups of 10 to 12 adults
Everyone is welcome at our adult swim lessons, from complete beginners to those more confident in water that want to improve their stroke, technique, stamina and overall ability.
Swim course costs
Courses are paid for at the start of each course.
- Price per 10 week course is £73
- We offer free parking at all our centres for participants of swimming lessons and water polo courses (register for free parking at Castle Leisure Centre)
Please note: Adult course bookings are non-refundable and must be paid in full at the time of booking. We are unable to move or reschedule lessons due to holidays.
Credits will only be considered for missed lessons caused by illness or injury and must be supported by medical evidence.
