At Castle Leisure Centre we have two fitness studios and a dedicated indoor cycling (spin) studio. We provide an extensive range of instructor-led classes suitable for all abilities. Class types include:
- Conditioning (a whole body work out) and dance (fun fitness with easy-to-follow steps and movements)
- High energy (mood boosting exercise that increases the heart rate)
- Indoor cycling (rhythmic intense exercise using spin bikes)
- Classes for mind and body (designed to improve physical strength, flexibility and helps manage stress)
- Water-based (working against the resistance of water to improve muscle tone, strength and stamina)
- Wellbeing classes (a gentler form of exercise)
Gentle exercise for wellbeing and Les Mills and My Ride virtual classes are also offered at Castle.

Taking part in a fitness class at Castle
